Vegetables plate or Jat Khodra ;)

Isn’t this tradition of adding a plate full of seasonal vegetable to the lebanese table something just plain simple but brilliant? Who wants to eat vegetables alone, you might think? well  of course, not alone, but it is the perfect bouchée with your tabouli or kebbé nayyé if you want to eat less bread and carbs and more mezzé ;)
